Double-Sided Flexible Reinforcement Provides Quality Advantage.
In contrast to conventional foam mounting tapes with laminated PET film, Lohmann’s DuploFLEX® range is equipped with a double-sided flexible PE reinforcement. A significant construction feature which results in optimal print images.
The forces acting upon the compressible foam are perfectly cushioned. The result: no uncontrolled dot gain and an excellent print image – even at high press speeds.
DuploFLEX® : The Ideal Combination for a Perfect Print Image in Dot and Solid
Fine process work, brilliant halftones, a perfect solid or clean prints. Whatever print image you set out to achieve – the Duplo FLEX® 3, 4 and 5 ranges ensure excellent results in the entire 0.38mm to 0.55mm ranges.
The tables provide an overview of which mounting tape we recommend for which requirement. It is your choice: choose from a range of different degrees of foam hardness and varying degrees of adhesive properties within the Duplo FLEX® range to always ideally match the requirements of your individual print job.

NEW – DuploFLEX® 5 EB – The new adhesive formulation for very challenging conditions.
The DuploFLEX® 5 EB range combines all the advantages of the well-established DuploFLEX® 5 range with entirely new features: Consistent performance with temperature and humidity variations, and more stable against solvents.
EB (Engineered Bonding) is a newly developed and optimized adhesive formulation. With the DuploFLEX® 5 EB range you can benefit from increased process reliability through changing conditions over the course of a year.
DuploFLEX® 5 EB and EBX are available in all common foam hardnesses from soft to firm.
NEW – DuploFLEX® HP 5 – High performance polymer foam for unrivalled stability.
In addition to the double-sided flexible PE reinforcement which features on all products in the DuploFLEX® 5 range, the DuploFLEX® HP 5 range has an additional advantage.
The high performance polymer foam, with its high level of uniformity and relatively small cell structure, offers excellent stability and ensures original shape resilience.
It effectively counteracts machine vibrations, prevents vibration marks in the printed image and is particularly well-suited for long and quick print runs.
